Corbet Hoover worked at a local bike shop as a head mechanic and had one of those 'Home Grown' bikes on order at cost. Then he stopped in and road one of Jalon's full suspension machines that he built up for Laurence, the Shoppe owner. That was that! Canceled the order at his place of employment and was on his way to Utah!
He changed his mind because he said the ride was superior over those `cookie cutter bikes.
The Desperado handled more predictable and tracking is better, caused by custom fitting him to the frame. He also acclaimed that the suspension was more supple than the `unified rear triangle' caused by the `mono-shock' design used in AMP rear triangles. Just the fact that he had a special steed out west, was just the icing on the cake.
Show up at any event and no one was to have the same machine! Not even the same color. Fainted with Imron custom mix color with a little black mixed into the clear coat, this is one sweet looking machine!

Brought together with a large supply of world components like Bullseye cranks and a set of the Desperado's Signature Series wheels using Bullseye hubs, Sachs drive train components, Syncros seat post and mane other choice parts, Corbet has himself happiness right outside his back door!
